Laid back day.....

6:23 am - Wednesday - June 15th - Likely, CA - 40° F, humidity 54%, wind 3 mph out of the southeast.....crystal clear, blue, sunny skies today with a forecast high of 83° F. On this date in 2012 TLE and I were attending a car show in Couer d'Alene, ID......↴

It was still cold Tuesday, but it did get into the low 60's for an hour, or two.  TLE and I took a walk right after I finished posting my latest missive.  Because the temperatures have been fluctuating so much from day to day here I'm never sure how much to wear for our walks.  I almost had it right Tuesday, but I should have worn gloves, because I spent most of the walk with my hands in my pockets to keep them warm....

.....I spent time pulling weeds.....mostly dandelions....out of the grass next to our coach, and then using a systemic weed killer to kill the rest.  It's not that I enjoy weeding, I don't, but the grass looks so much better without the dandelions, and other broad leafed weeds, and what else have I got to do on the first day of summer?  Yup, Tuesday was the first day of summer, but you would not know it here.  I'm not even sure we have really had 'spring' yet, if you know what I mean.

I delivered Kathy's bike back to her custody, made a run to the post office, and picked up a package from the Clubhouse which had been delivered by UPS.....an almost new Callaway Big Bertha 7 wood.  I also repaired a broken snap on the sun shade caused by the winds we had the other day.

It was pretty much a laid back day for us at LPG&RVR.  It got a little windy late afternoon, but settled back down by 6 pm.  TLE made a wonderful enchilada casserole for dinner, and we watched a couple of episodes of OBI-WAN-KENOBI (Star Wars) on the Disney channel (streaming).  And with that our Tuesday came to an end, and another four day work week begins.

Thanks for stopping by!
