I love my life......

7:26 am - Monday - November 9th - Seal Rock, OR - 32° F, 93% humidity, wind 6 mph out of the east......partly cloudy, which means partly sunny today with a forecast high of 49° F.  On this date in 2013 we were having lunch at one of our favorite Lake Tahoe eateries.....The Bridgetender.......↴

Sunday broke with sun coming in our windows....what a delightful change from the four previous days.  I worked my usual 2 hour shift from 10 am to 12 pm.  We spent time on the ocean side of US-101 trimming bushes on our property that block the views of our customers......

Yup, that's what we trimmed....all of that along the highway to the left

You see, I told you it was a beautiful Sunday!

Terry looking for invasive species

......I was home about 12:20 pm.  TLE was supposed to go to work at 2 pm, but got called off work as there had been only two phone calls up until that point, and the two scheduled arrivals had already arrived.

I spent quite a bit of time out side first re-deploying the patio awning, as well as the other window awnings so they could dry out in the sun, then fixing one string of lights in which the two tiny fuses had blown (that salt air it tough), and finally installing a brand new 62' string of lights on the drivers side of the coach....

....we watched several English Premier soccer matches Sunday afternoon, and before we knew it the sun began to set, and we were able to witness another beautiful Coastal Oregon sunset.....

It's about 4:56 pm at this time....the sun is now setting before 5 pm.....WOW!

The afterglow went on for 40 minutes....it is about 5:30 pm in these shots

.....we bought a very nice Long Broil to grill, and as the sun was setting the Sea-B-Que was coming up to temperature......

.....at last the sun set, we had a lovely dinner, and then it was time to take a picture of our lights on both sides of the Newell.....I love my life........thanks for stopping by!
