5:22 am - Sunday - August 27th - LPG&RVR - 48° F, humidity 56%, wind 1 mph out of the southeast.....clear, blue skies forecast today (still dark) with a forecast high of 90° F. On this date in 2019 I had my MOHS surgery to remove basil cell carcinoma from my right ear.....paying the price for too much UV exposure over a lifetime......↴
I don't have much time this morning to write, but I did take a lot of pictures yesterday, so I will let them tell the story of Saturday.......
Sun cresting the Warner Mountains
It is cold!
I finally took pictures of the Bocce Ball Court sign I repaired
7:15 am, and all the carts are washed and staged....had 12 carts to wash first thing
There are a lot of rabbits this year
Looking up the 6th fairway
Looking toward the Clubhouse from the 1st tee box
Rich and Kathie's house is finished and they received their certificate of occupancy on Wednesday, so they are beginning to move into it
......Saturday was a laid back day, but I did do my tee box mowing. By the time I left for home at 2:30 pm only 11 of the 25 golf carts had been returned, so I'll have a lot to do Sunday morning!
I putted quite well in the putting contest making it to the fourth round. Three of the four rounds (for me) were decided by a single putt due to being tied at the end of 5 holes. I lost the 3rd one after making a great putt to within 12 inches of the hole, but my opponent sank their putt for a hole in one.....doh!
Thanks for stopping by!
