6:21 am - Saturday - July 2nd - Likely, CA - 49° F, humidity 47%, wind 1 mph out of the southeast.....crystal clear, blue, sunny skies today with a forecast high of 85° F. On this date in 2010 TLE and I were camping at Yucaipa Regional Park in SoCal with family and friends.....still had the 2002 T-Bird then.......↴
Today's (Saturday about Friday) post will be necessarily brief as I need to get to work at 7 am. Today will be a big golfing day, and I still have 8 golf carts leftover from yesterday to wash, and stage before the club wielding hordes descend upon us.
Friday began with a bang with 14 golf carts going out in less than an hour. In all we rented over 20....a busy Friday to be sure. Of course, Friday was July 1st, and the beginning of the 4th of July weekend....always a big weekend at any RV park.
In between the fast beginning to the day, and the end of the day when the carts began to return I mowed, did some extensive weed whipping, and got filthy in the process from all the flying vegetable matter, and dust. My daily 1 hour break in the office while TLE takes her lunch was very welcome!
At 4 pm, my new quitting time, there will still 8 golf carts out on the course, so I knew I'd have a busy Saturday morning for sure.
