Cable news.....

6:20 am - Monday - July 11th - Likely, CA - 55° F, 41% humidity, wind 1 mph out of the northeast......crystal clear, blue, sunny skies today with a forecast high of 96° F.  On this date in 2014 TLE and I were having brews and tacos at Steamers in South Lake Tahoe, CA.....↴ 

The forecast high of 90° F never materialized on Sunday, but who is complaining right?  I think it got to 88° F.  I was on the job at 7 am, and home by 3:30 pm.  In between I washed 3 carts to begin the day after staging 15 golf carts.  After that I worked with Bob to remove the cable I had run over on Saturday......

We jacked up the Husqvarna to remove a blade and get at the cable

....we jacked up the Husqvarna, removed the blade around which the cable was wrapped, cut the cable in several places, and removed it in about 10 minutes.  While we were at it we decided to sharpen each of the 3 blades with an angle grinder, and while we were at that we did the same for the John Deere.  Once we were done sharpening the blades I took the Husqvarna back up the hill to finish the 3rd lawn I had been mowing on Saturday when I hit the cable.

By the time we finished with the riding lawn mowers it was time for me to take TLE's place in the office for her lunch break.  By the time I was back at 1 pm from my 30 minute lunch break the carts were beginning to line up in the 'Cart Return' area, so I began to wash them, and put them away.  I finished my last cart around 3:20 pm, locked up the 'Caddie Shack', and fuel station before heading home for the evening.

I have been watching Le Tour de France each day after work, and did so again Sunday, watching the entirety of Stage 9 sans commercials....that's the great thing about recording programs.....skipping the insipid commercials....lol.

I grilled a London Broil on the Sea-B-Que for dinner, and after dinner we sat out on the 'lido deck' until almost 8:30 pm.....it was a beautiful evening.
