Day 4 of 4...

5:37 am - Saturday - September 6th - LPG&RVR - 55° F, humidity 31%, wind 4 mph out of the southeast.....partially cloudy today with a forecast high of 85° F.  On this date in 2020 TLE and I were in the Newell waiting to board the Port Townsend Ferry leaving from Coupeville, WA.....

......$107 for a six mile ride, but saves hours of driving.

We slept in until almost 8 am Friday.  So looking forward to the winter when we can sleep in every day, if we wish.  The forecast high for Friday was 89° F, and I'm pretty sure it got there.  Nevertheless, I was able to spend most of the morning, and into the early afternoon relaxing, napping, and reading on the 'lido deck' before the rising heat sent me indoors.  I did drive the Club Car Villager #20 over to the Clubhouse to practice putting for about 30 minutes around 1 pm.  The putting stroke is still there, and I was pleased with the results.  Hoping to be 'in the money' one more time this summer.  So far I've managed to be 'in the money' in May, June, July and August.

That was pretty much my day.  As is often the case, after four days of leisure I am ready to begin another four day work week, which will end on Tuesday.  On Wednesday we shall head to Klamath Falls for a couple of days to celebrate TLE's birthday, and, belatedly, our Wedding Anniversary.  When we return there will be just a little over two weeks left in our 4th summer here at Likely Place Golf & RV Resort.  Time is slipping away quickly.

Thanks for stopping by to read this ever so short missive!
