Do it again.....

7:40 am - Sunday - August 1st - Seal Rock, OR - 54° F, 94% humidity, wind 3 mph out of the north.....heavy marine layer today with sun showers later, and a forecast high of 63° F.  Sunrise at 6:03 am, and sunset at 8:41 pm.  On this date in 2018 TLE and I scaled the heights of Acadia Mountain near Southwest Harbor, ME in Acadia NP.......↴

We got kind of a late start Saturday, but once we got going there was no stopping us.  TLE's plan for the day was to head north on US-101 to Depoe Bay with Glenn and Laureen and give them a taste of Coastal Oregon.  I'll let the pictures do the talking......

Yaquina Bay Bridge

Yaquina Bay Lighthouse

Boiler Bay

Tidal Raves Restaurant

Yaquina Head Lighthouse

Devil's Punch Bowl

Otter Rock

Surfers

Watching the fog roll in over Yaquina Head

.....in all we left home just before noon time, and returned home a little after 6 pm.  We've been to these places before, but there is nothing like sharing something with someone else for the first time.  It was just as magical this time as it was the first time.

Thanks for stopping by!
